Malathi Renati

Malathi Renati, heads the Policy School, and oversees the PGP, GCPP and Executive programmes at Takshashila. She also plays a support role as the Programme Manager of the Graduate Certificate in Defence and Foreign Affairs (DFA) and the PGP programmes.

With a PMP and CSM certification, her core expertise is in Project Management, Strategy, Process Improvement, and Optimization. After successfully navigating the Corporate world for over 15 years, where she was responsible for Program deliveries of IT projects across the Nordics and Americas, she decided to channelise her efforts into activities that contribute holistically to the community.

Equipped with a couple of Masters degrees, one in Information Systems Security from Montreal, Canada and the other in Computer Science from Mysore University, she is exploring leveraging her diverse international experience in the non-profit area.

Being an avid sportsperson and a national-level player, she has tried her hand at coaching hockey and baseball in schools. Her other interests include animal rehabilitation, photography and more recently, studying India’s Sports Policy landscape.
