Laveesh Bhandari is an economist, entrepreneur, and environment evangelist, now catalysing policies towards environmentally sustainable employment. He is the founder Director of Indicus Foundation. He advocates inclusive and sustainable economic policies through Indicus Foundation and also in his advisory capacity.

Laveesh is a Ph.D. in Economics from Boston University. He led studies on industrial policy at NCAER, New Delhi, following which he taught Economics at IIT Delhi as a Visiting Professor. He has been the member of RBI’s steering committee on Economic & Policy Research.
